30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the date you receive your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the condition you received it.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not the model you ordered, contact us through our contact page with your order reference and photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping cost for verified damage or errors on our part.

Change of Mind

Change-of-mind returns are accepted within the 30-day window provided the printer is unopened and factory sealed. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the buyer’s responsibility.

Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If a refund appears delayed, check with your bank or card issuer first, then reach us through our contact page.

Manufacturer Warranty

All printers we sell are brand new and covered by the manufacturer’s standard warranty. Warranty claims after the 30-day return window are handled directly with the manufacturer under the terms included with your product; we are happy to point you to the right warranty contact for your model.
