Order Processing

Orders are confirmed after we verify product availability and payment. Most confirmed orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation message with your order details and, once dispatched, a tracking reference.

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your location. As a guide, metropolitan addresses are typically delivered within 5–10 business days of dispatch, and regional addresses may take a few days longer. These are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays can occur, especially during holiday periods.

Shipping Charges

Any shipping charge that applies to your order is shown to you and agreed before payment. There are no hidden fees added after you order.

Tracking

Every dispatched order includes carrier tracking. We share the tracking reference with you as soon as the parcel ships, so you can follow it to your door.

Damaged or Undelivered Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as delivered but you have not received it, please reach us through our contact page within 48 hours of the delivery event so we can raise it with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
